Delivery Terms:
We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver the product.
TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:
Transit time is 2 to 4 Working Day (Monday to Thursday )
Handling time is 0 to 1 Working Days (Monday to Thursday )

Pharmacy Orders with Daily Meds:
- All P-Product items require approval from our Pharmacy team before delivery.
- If your order includes a P-Product item and you completed a health questionnaire during ordering, our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment, or cancel your request based on medical grounds.
- The approval process may cause a delay in dispensing your order, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
- A pharmacist may contact you for further information to ensure the suitability of the intended user. Please respond promptly to avoid delays in your order.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, you may return the item for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy below for more details:
Returns:
- All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date.
- The returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at info@dailymeds.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

Refunds:
After we receive your return and inspect the item's condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions:
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
We do not charge any kind of tax.
